I was just wondering if anyone had recommendations for good online writing courses. My preference would be for free or cheap courses, but I'm open to any that are actually GOOD. I've noticed that a lot of them are pretty expensive, and I don't really know how to figure out which are worth investing in. Thanks for your help!

I couldn't say. But here's what I've benefited from:

Characters & Viewpoint, OSC (book)
OSC's writing class (not online)
Matt Porritt's managed writing experiment (he's written his thesis now, but if you look him up in a browser, you'll find what it was about)
practice!
