Very excited to read this! This first chapter feels a lot like Alessandra's narrative in Ender in Exile. I'm very curious to know how this connects to Battle School, and really enjoyed the connection to the Formic Wars books.

Oh, boy! Chapter 2 does quite a bit to differentiate itself from Alessandra, and seeing Graff again feels very comfortable (even if the comfort is from his utter ruthlessness).
