In his "Plato and Socrates" post about a week ago, Card mentions lectures he picked up from the Great Courses. This isn't the first time he's mentioned them, and thanks to the last time I checked them out. I've spent way too much money on them since, but never bought one that wasn't on sale. They've almost all been at least tolerable and some magnificent, and most of the few that weren't were because of delivery rather than content. Definitely worth checking out if you know anyone that enjoys a good, informative lecture.
