Not really because the Republican line has changed a bit over the years. Many will agree that climate change is happening. What they refuse to believe (or at least admit) is that it is caused by humans.
Of course as the article points out, there are still those crazy tea partiers that believe denial solves everything

Well, I think some have moved on to the new thing, which is to not deny that it is happening and that it is caused by humans, but to say that it is not going to actually harm the environment that badly, because something about pseudoscience and the oceanic carbon exchange.

No, it goes Denial, Anger, Bargaining, and then Depression. So once the Bargaining stage is complete, they will just claim that there's nothing to be done about it. Then they will accept it and let us do something about it.
