Sadly no matter who you vote for this isn't changing.

Not surprising that partisan republicans blink when it comes to actually questionable national security concerns, because welp, what are you gonna have when you get into office if you campaign against it in congress?
Because I mean, why harp on something of substance when you got BengaziGate delusions?

This might be something of substance but the way you've presented the case, only unsuspecting victims or trolls are going to wander into a discussion of this nature.

"Constitution Free Zone" is really really terrible marketing spin. That 100 mile from the border area is the domain of the US Border Patrol and Port Authority. They are granted authority to stop vehicles, ask if people are citizens or request ID, and walk a drug dog past your car. Oh dear...My civil liberties. They're crumbling...They cannot perform an intrusive search of anything without probable cause or a warrant. They will ask you to roll down your windows, but they cannot move anything inside your car without permission or cause. Experiences for people of different nationalities may differ, but my experience has always been stop car at inspection point, officer asks if I'm a citizen. I say yes. He looks in my back seat because I always roll down my window before reaching the stop. He says, "Have a nice day" I drive on.

Question is, where was Capax when Bush started this? Is he here now? Will he be there when its the GOP doing it again?

Blayne. Where did you get that this was started by Bush? I didn't see that anywhere. Please post a reference for such a statement.
