Well this was some really sad news to find out today. He was an awesome dude. He was diagnosed with cancer back in 2009, but somehow it had slipped out of my mind.

Their most recent album was such a creative return to form for them. It's a shame he wasn't able to see the Beasties to their rightful close. [Frown]

Man, that's heartbreaking. I'm actually surprised by how much this bothers me; I cared about him a great deal more than Michael Jackson.
