I cannot at all seem to be able to navigate it, how do I get back to the main menu? Holding my thumb to it does nothing.
Also they have a voice for assistance of the blind that I also do not know how to turn off as I cant get back to the menu.

I would suggest reading the owner's manual or one of the probably countless support options on Apple's website for starters.

I just going to return it and use my android phone for music, I think I hate everything about this thing, my only concern is battery life for phone. I was replacing my old nano which its screen stopped working for me but this new fangled thing doesnt work either.
