I only made it about 6:30 in before I got bored and stopped. Getting lectured about fitness by an obviously obese person has some novelty, but not enough to keep me going.

I watched the whole thing. Lots of swearing. But he's got some valid points. He refers to a video called "The Only Thing I Know" which is a nicer version of some of what he said.

.. the guy in The Only Thing I Know stumbles wildly between good points and bogus ones. At least he took a nuanced view.

Also even though this Overthinker guy drives me nuts by going ON and ON and ON and ON and ON and ON and ON and ON and ON and ON and ON i like how he wholly voids any of this having to do with me because I get paid for this.
