I was going with satire until they dropped the product plug in there. Oh man when they said "disingenuous" that broke me up. You can't do satire that's as ridiculous as reality. =)

I thought it was both. They are actually proven tips to increase people's impression of you, but the people who made this obviously saw the humor of taking these to extremes.
