I used my iphone and Shazaam to identify it as "He's a Pirate (Tiesto Orchestral Remix)"

The album is apparently "He's a Pirate" under label from Walt Disney. I doubted this until about two minutes in when I actually heard melody instead of just techno beats.

It definitely has the melody from the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies in it.
