Gah. This is the third company we've been owned by this year, and they're idiots. It took them two months to give us an address to send checks to, and now they've managed to get our water shut off. My landlord is trying to sell this property...they just put a new sign out front. Obviously they weren't getting enough offers under the old real estate company. This is rural Kansas and I don't think these run-down apartments could actually be worth the quarter-million dollars they're asking.
