It's about time they finally make a Terminator movie set in that future. Those were among the best moments of the movies and I always wanted to watch more.

And, what is up with his voice? During Batman it added to the atmosphere of the character. In this movie it seems he really does have the gruff sound that is at times hard to understand. Maybe he is a very heavy smoker, meaning lung cancer down the road.

Woaaah...

I still think it's funny that he is a serious actor. Everytime I look at Christian Bale I see him prancing around as a newsie...

Batman, who actually has no super powers, would not stand a chance against a terminator who would literally be capable of ripping Batman apart. Now, Superman would be another matter--as long as the terminator is not carrying any Kryptonite.

What would be fun is introducing terminators into the Alien Vs. Predator universe.

Eh, TSCC is better I think. I've always wanted a movie about the future war, but this looks like it's taking too much out of the Matrix's play book in terms of just trying to take the epic scale of it over the top.

Terminator's supposed to be a gritty dystopia of constant war. With the humans in hiding and constantly fighting or fleeing. That looks too much like John Connor as Neo taking the machines down one on one.

What super powers did Sarah Conner have when she defeated the terminator in the first movie?

Batman routinely defeats villians physically capable of ripping him apart. Killer Croc, for example. The only way a terminator would have a good chance here is if it came from a future where Batman's identity as Bruce Wayne had been revealed, so it could try to get the drop on him at a social function.

I thought it was going to be a fan film about actually Batman fighting the Terminator... Batman would totally win because he more resources. In the two Terminator movies the heroes are always underequipped and on the run. Batman is a billionaire with tons of cool gadgets. The Terminator may be tough but it can simply be crushed as in the first movie.

My first experience with him was in Empire of the Sun. After that, seeing him as a Newsie was almost painful.

Of course, the aria at the beginning might make people think that they have something in common. [Wink]

Thanks Mucus. I didn't know that an epic comic series already exists joining Terminators, Predators, Aliens, and Ripley and Call in an all-out battle to the finish. Looks great. Sure makes space look dark, though! [Smile]
