My google skills have completely failed me. I'm trying to remember the name of the camera that is used in documentaries to take video of still images and get the zooming effect. It's a big fella that hangs over the picture and the operator moves it over the picture. I can't really remember more than that, which is probably why I'm having difficulty.

Just for fun, here's part of how I narrowed this down on google (leaving out a few false leads):

camera zoom still picture
motion controlled camera
zoom effect "motion controlled"
ken burns "motion controlled"

This last turned up a mention of a "rostrum camera"

I knew it started with an "R". Which I probably should have mentioned. I tried a lot of similar combinations, including throwing Ken Burns in there, but I wasn't positive he was associated with it.
