A new animated movie coming out this September.

In a year where the highest profile American cartoon film comes from Pixar, others usually suffer by comparison.

This, however, looks clever and cute. Certainly Igor is not a character or type who's been overexposed in animation.

The style looks fun. Very "Tim Burton meets Rankin Bass". [Smile]

I'm usually a little leery of movies with lots of big named actors in it. Usually means there isn't enough of a movie to sell on its own merits.

I'm more leery of that when the actors are the kinds who are used to headlining blockbusters. Most of these people are more the "independent projects" type, and I think it's a pretty promising cast.
