“Producers have spoken to Richard Kelly about the project but he is not involved in any official capacity at this stage.”
WTF... horrible.

I just watched Donnie Darko for the eight billionth time this week, and I was in such a happy, nostalgic, "I'm elitist 'cause I like cult classics" mood.
It definitely makes this news ten times worse. Grrr, I say. GRRRRRR *destroys movie industry*

I don't particularly love Donnie Darko. I thought that it was an interesting absurdist movie, but aside from that it was meh.

Seriously? I mean, really? This isn't a joke? I'm picturing the girl in the shower of Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" as the movie Donnie Darko, and the killer as Hollywood. They're killing it in the worst way possible.
