I'm welcoming all of you to come walk with me at this weekend's Stepout in effort to support the American Diabetes Association. It's a 5k walk and you get a t-shirt. I've never done one of these before, but im excited about making an effort to help. if any of you are interested, the website for it is,

We went to Helen, and took other GA. Hatrackers with us. Thanks for the invite, though.
