We had a great trip. We had a lot of fun at Disney. It was hot and I got sick (I hardly ever get sick). I had to go to the minor emergency room on our next to last evening. I got a pretty serious sinus infection. I couldn't eat for almost three days.
With all the walking, being sick, and not eating, I lost 20 lbs. Not the best way to start a diet but I will take it. My legs feel better and I can walk up the stairs without getting winded. The wife and I plan to start taking regular walks tomorrow.
The kids were great. Even when mom was exhausted and dad was sick. We did not get to the pool as much as I would have liked and I wasn't as active of a participant as I usually am.
It's great to be home and sleeping in my own bed. I should have a busy summer with work so I may not be on the rack as much as in the past. I just wanted to drop a line and let you guys know I missed you. I'm sure there were some great threads while I was gone. Please link me to the big ones.

Since I hit 20 it had been entirely impossible for me to have an extended vacation and not be sick for at least some of it.
