So I'm trying to fill out a complaint form about my Norwegian taxes, and every time I click on it, I get the message "A technical problem has occurred, try again later". Deadline for complaints is the 27th. I am thinking they just don't want to be giving up my lovely, hard-earned (by me, that is) 1200 dollars.
