I like the 2nd one better. the first one leaves off social programs...
So social programs are significantly more than half the total budget while the military is less than a quarter.
I'd point this out the next time someone complains about the cost of the war on terror, but they'd just say that social programs should be the whole budget....

The second link seriously has their sides messed up... Minor issue, but it take credibility away from a graphic exceedingly packed with good information.
