Its about centrally located in Russia-east/west, and a bit south, but not southern border.
And its got coal.
Other than that, I have no clue about it.
This may be where we are going to go to get my new daughter in 6 to 9 months, give or take.

I know nothing about it but curious why are you getting only Russian children? Out of curiosity of course. Although I can hypothesize why.

Blayne, a few reasons.
1) My grandparents are Russian 2) Other countries we were considering--namely India--had political changes that added to the length of time it would have taken. 3) We have already met the Russian requirements once. Duplicating that effort is easier than starting over with a different country.
