I just can't seem to focus anymore. I am just sick of working -- this is a crunch period, and I must work harder than ever, yet all I find myself doing is lagging and procrastinating.
Ideas?

I have no useful suggestions because I do the exact same thing. I feel your pain.

Here's an idea of an algorithm:
1) Post a question in a thread on Hatrack. 2) Do some work. 3) Look if you got some reply ONLY AFTER doing some work. 4) If there is a reply, go to step 1) else go to step 2).
Note: I have no idea how to break the loop ...

My solution is to look forward to summer, drop a class so you have one less final to take, and change your entire college plan even though you're going to be a senior in the fall. (I'm dropping my econ major to a minor and bumping my religious studies minor up to a major. I think.)
It doesn't work for everyone, but at least now I feel like I can breathe.

Unfortunately (or fortunately?), our internet access at work is strictly monitored. But I find other ways to slack off.
