For those with a bit of physics and math background:

The Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics has put a complete lecture course in the conceptual mysteries of quantum mechanics up on the web.

It's challenging! But I know a lot of people here are interested in modern physics, so I thought I'd put it out there.

Hog wash. Quantum theory was just made up to keep perfectly rational people from getting doctorate degrees in physics.

Ooh, that looks so good! I always got so bogged down in the math uring my 18 months of quantum mechanics lectures that I wanted more time to spend on the concepts. This is awesome!

Hey mistaben, I just checked your profile... are you a physics grad student at UDub?

I ask because one of my best college buddies is a third-year in physics grad school there.

LOL. Hi, Destineer. I was indeed at UW at the time. Dunno if you're checking this thread six years later.

Holy crap! That's some serious thread necromancy, and some impressive lurking.

Destineer's still around -- or rather, he came back. He'll probably see this.
