I'm no longer in the target audience, but I do have fond memories of the book from when I was 6.

Yes! I lvoed this book. The movie's a good bit different from the book, but I think it looks like a suitable adaptation.

Does anyone remember the other book in this line? I think it was called Beetles, Lightly Toasted.

I loved this book when I was little. I don't remember it too well (and that makes me feel old), but I'll definitely be seeing the movie come August.

I loved this book, and so did my kids.

It does look modified significantly, but I agree with Joldo that the adaptation looks reasonable.

And like a lot of fun. [Big Grin]

(Is it me, or does anyone else wish some worms HAD been harmed in the making of this film? [Evil] )
