3. What is Soulmate Search?
Here on the Google Romance team, we follow the philosophy "Don't be medieval," so we brought only the latest psychographic and search algorithms to bear on the problem of hooking up our users. First you fill out an extensive personal profile carefully designed by a team of both married and single Google engineers for the express purpose of gathering and analyzing romantic information. Then you fill out an equally obscure and elaborate profile describing various attributes of the person with whom you wish to spend the rest of your life and click ‘Search Romance.’ It’s that simple.

4. Really? It’s that simple?
Well, you know how when you do a regular Google web search, you get back uncannily accurate search results?

5. Usually. But sometimes they’re a little off.
Yeah, that’s why our early testers thought that Soulmate Search’s “Did you really mean…?” feature came in very handy.

Chris, I'm happily married, so I generally eschew dating services, personal ads, and the like, but this was really intriguing. I did the Soulmate Profile, thing, and Wow! The results are remarkable.

Saturday night, and I'm going out on the town!

I left a note for Hubby, letting him know that it's been nice, but I'm moving on.

I'll report back tomorrow on how the date went.

See, I'm not actually looking for romance, but I want to do this out of curiosity. Should I?

Oh!

I get it...

You might thinks this is all fun and games until you learn the insidious truth behind google. Gathering information through decieving lonesome people seeking thier soulmates will just bring them one step closer to thier nefarious goals. The truth is out there.
