I keep getting this message when I try to log into the work system at home, something it is specifically desinged to allow.
"SQL error. Stmt #: 2 Error Position: 0 Return: 24327 - ORA-24327: need explicit attach before authenticating a user ".
I used to be able to check my schedual and paycheck online at this very site, but I can't get into it now at all.

SQL is a database thing that web programmers use to track data, like logins, passwords, etc.
There is nothing you can do except call someone and notify them.

Chances are the server was down and someone noticed and fixed it.

I know that usually...but this site goes down often, if that is the case.
I doubt it, as it is a multi-million dollar comany.
Something must be up with the database, since I transferred from MA. I never had this problem before the move.
