And creates a whole new level of obstructionist behavior.

Washington Post reported today that DeLay has subpoenaed the DA who filed charges against him. I'm not sure how "rare" that is as a tactic, but this next bit really got to me:

I'm thinking we should change the national bird to the buzzard so we would be better prepared to swallow this rotting garbage without gagging so much.

It's sort of a weird image if you are implying that he's riding the thermals and searching for carrion, though.

Bullies make me sick. And that's all this latest tactic of DeLay's is - an attempt at high-powered bullying.
