I’m excited – both a Knife of Dreams and A Feast for Crows arrived today.
Now I’ve got to decide which to read first. I’m more excited about A Feast for Crows, but I think the US release date for Knife of Dreams is first, so discussions about that book will start first.
Having been a week late seeing Serenity (due to the UK release date being a week later) and having 6 pages of reviews to catch on I’m looking forward to reading these at the same time as everyone else.
Last week I had firefly DVDs to finish before seeing Serenity, this week I’ve got 2 books I’ve been waiting ages for to read. Who wants a social life?

You big ole meanie. You just came here to brag, didn't you?

Amazon UK started sending them out last week.

Well...I suppose the UK does deserve to be able to brag about something Posted by Xavier (Member # 405) on :
Read the other one first, because then I might still end up being the one who finishes AFFC first on hatrack.
Another week until I am expected to get it .

You could send AFFC to me. I would read it in a day and send it back. And then everyone would be happy.

Yay! Another British Hatracker! Where in the UK are you from?

Tom, did you order a UK version?

Un-freaking-fair.
Read AFFC first, because it's easily the one to get more excited about. And then when you finish it, start a spoiler thread that no one will read for at least another month. Because taunting lesser mortals is always more fun, right?

I live in York but only moved here about 8 months ago. I was in Reading before that.
I know it was a bit unfair mentioning getting AFFC first, but I'm used to getting books and especially films later, so I couldn't resist.

I'd be happier if it was sent to ME first, actually.

Well, I am not bragging about my reading pace, for sure. However, I would read AFFC second, because it would be longer from the time of pain when I finished it. I am already dreading the wait for the next book. In fact, I might even wait for it to come out in paperback.
