Over the Hedge

The teaser trailer for the next big CGI animated Dreamworks release is now active. It's based on a syndicated comic strip.

Looks funny and cute.

I always get a kick out of jokes about some one/thing named Steve.

Is it cause they misspell it?

Just as an exercise, Dreamworks animation should try making a movie without any jokes that involve burping, farting, or other bodily functions.

Still, I like the strip. I'll wait for reviews, but I'll probably give it a try.

"Steve. It's such a pretty name!" Oh man! [ROFL]

I like. And I do think the squirrel burping the alphabet is still lovely, since it's Steve Carrell.

Then you really need to watch the MST3K Night of the BloodBeast. It has the best Steve-jokes ever.

I'm kind of miffed that the original Cartoonist's name can be found nowhere in the trailer.

There's a Stargate: Atlantis episode with a Steve.

And the film looks amusing, but not amusing enough for me to pay money to go and see.

I loved the movie. I thought the animation was hillarious and the casting for the voice actors was perfect.
