Even without the phrase, one has to admit Superman fantasizing about a gigantic version of his deceased father lifting up his cape to spank him is mighty...odd.

According to the poster this is from World's Finest (1st series) #201...so he gave a source.

Keep in mind older DC comics are infamous for their bizarre content.
