Where do I got to make a host a website for free? And a forum? Like can I have a forum hosted that I don't need a website for originally and don't need to pay for?

I don't know about forums, but Tripod does free websites.

I've always wondered exactly how many levels Tom can be amused on.

I think he finds it amusing because what you said is on par with "where I can I find a free car and some free gas to put in it".

Such a thing might be possible, but it won't be a very nice car.

Like a Geo.

......With no doors.

Now you need to write a book: Tom Davidson's 16 Levels of Amusement.

Personally, I use proboards as my free forum.

There's a few places for a free website. You can use Freewebs and have htmls of your own in there and just use a webcloak like www.cjb.net or you could take the route of Bravenet. I think they give 20 megabytes of space, but not all files can be put on there.

Okay, I'm exploring ProBoard and Tripod.
