The basic process: Take a famous quotation and replace one word with your own name. Do this twice: once using a quotation that creates an impossibly boastful claim about yourself, and once with a quotation that humbles yourself.

Here's mine:

"For here we are not afraid to follow truth wherever it may lead, nor to tolerate any error so long as Dagonee is left free to combat it." --Thomas Jefferson, ~1807

"The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in our Dagonee." --Shakespeare, Julius Ceaser

Edit to add an exciting new title.

Aw heck, here's a few Bushisms, too:

"I am mindful not only of preserving executive powers for myself, but for Enigmatic as well." -George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., Jan. 29, 2001

"Part of the facts is understanding we have a problem, and part of the facts is what you're going to do about Enigmatic." —George W. Bush, Kirtland, Ohio, April 15, 2005

"Senator, I served with UofUlawguy. I knew UofUlawguy. UofUlawguy was a friend of mine. Senator, you're no UofUlawguy." -- Lloyd Bentsen

"But that is UofUlawguy's way; frequently he will explain and justify little things that do not need it and then make up for this by as frequently failing to explain important ones that do need it." -- Mark Twain

If the Devil declared war upon King of Men, I should at least make a favourable reference to him in the House of Commons.

There stands King of Men, like a stone wall.
