One of my classmates died yesterday in a carcrash. We all found out this morning. I doesn't seem to realize or believe that he is actually dead. But he is. Dead.

The statistic we here the most over here is how it is only twice as dangerous to be in Iraq for a soldier as to be in high school. weird huh?
I am sorry for your loss, we lost four that way while I was in school and one was paralyzed.

I am sorry. It is always weird to have someone that you know die, and is never easy to deal with.

I'm sorry. We've had similar incidents at my school, and I know how hard it is to believe that they are really gone.

(((hugs))) I know it doesn't help to say that this happened at least once every four years in my hometown doesn't help. I'm sorry, though, and I can empathise. Then there's my sister's friend who was killed at a party when a guy accidentally shot her. These stories are so sad.
