Last night I was tired around 9:30. So I decided to just go to bed early for a change. Took my sleep medicine (for those who don't already know, I'm a severe insomniac), layed down in bed, fell asleep. Between 10:30 and now, I woke up twice. Once around 3am, and then again at 6:00. After realizing that it was 6 in the morning and thinking to myself, that's just way too early, I tried to go back to sleep. Now I can't get back to sleep. This is the first normal night of sleep I've had in well over a year.

That is great! It reminds me of the first time I slet from midnight to 5 AM when I had a newborn daughter. I woke up so refreshed.
I hope this is a start of a new trend.

Good deal, Boris. Insomnia sucks. I was severely insomniac all through junior high and high school, and then again in my mid-20s. It was horrible.

I sleep Saturday afternoons because I've nothing better to do. I then can't fall asleep until 3 AM.
It happens weekly.
