Google works fine for me. Try using http://64.233.161.104 as the URL. Maybe it's only DNS that's down.

Does that web accelerator do anything? It says 2.8 minutes saved for me. I dont know what the heck its doing. But yes Google is down.. but not that last link. I took a PRINTSCRN because this is the first time ive ever seen it down

They're probably messing with their servers, upgrading them or fixing some bug or something. Or maybe just plain old having server trouble. I know they have a ton of different servers at google for different places... so maybe thats why different parts of it keep popping up and down...
