And my half is Jesus Returns!

Who's your double, or your half?

Posted by Goody Scrivener (Member # 6742) on :

:::sniff sniff::: my half doesn't exist...

Posted by T_Smith (Member # 3734) on :

Actually, looks like your half is harbinger.

Posted by Lyrhawn (Member # 7039) on :

What is a double homonculus?

Posted by Carrie (Member # 394) on :

Nothing you can have [Wink] You are, incidentally, a prime. Lucky you.

I forget how many multiples I have. Lots, by now.

Posted by Lyrhawn (Member # 7039) on :

No fair, I wanna know. [Grumble]

Posted by Epictetus (Member # 6235) on :

[Confused] I'm sorry, but I'm lost too. I have no clue what a double homo-whatever is either.

Posted by Lyrhawn (Member # 7039) on :

I know what a Homonculus is, well, assuming they are making a reference to Full Metal Alchemist I do. But I've watched the whole series (there's only one season right?) and I don't remember anything about a double-homunculus.

Posted by mimsies (Member # 7418) on :

I know what a Homunculus is, but the rest of this thread has me lost.

A Homunculus is a perfectly formed tiny little man.

Posted by Papa Moose (Member # 1992) on :

T, have you double-checked your math?

Posted by Book (Member # 5500) on :

My money says they're quoting some show I never heard of.

Posted by Papa Moose (Member # 1992) on :

His double is Schwa. He spelled a number wrong.

Posted by Carrie (Member # 394) on :

Don't worry, my half doesn't exist either.

Posted by ketchupqueen (Member # 6877) on :

(They're talking about numbers, people.)

Posted by mimsies (Member # 7418) on :

OK, clearly I AM an IDIOT!

Where do you find a list of members and their numbers, and or profiles?

Posted by Epictetus (Member # 6235) on :

How does one go about finding one's double...mathematically speaking?

Posted by Book (Member # 5500) on :

lemon curry?

Posted by Epictetus (Member # 6235) on :

[ROFL]

Posted by Raia (Member # 4700) on :

If I correctly understood what you're doing, I don't have a half. [Frown] At least, that's what it said.

Posted by CaySedai (Member # 6459) on :

[Confused] [Dont Know]

Posted by Beanny (Member # 7109) on :

Well, I've got two halves. My left side, and my right side.

Posted by rivka (Member # 4859) on :

Check your math, Raia. Your half is a ghost! [Big Grin]

I, odd as I am, have no half. And I won't have a double for some time yet.

To find your half or double, split your member number in half or double it. Then you go to the search link and use the search by member number feature.

My half is Azzy21. No double, yet.

Posted by narrativium (Member # 3230) on :

My double is Kale. My half is Zevus.

Posted by MEC (Member # 2968) on :

I thought it was rather easy to understand...

Posted by T_Smith (Member # 3734) on :

Curses, Pop is right. My double IS Schwa. An Abby clone at that, too, by the looks of the email addy.

Posted by Xavier (Member # 405) on :

Wow, my double is Thor.

My triple is some lurker and my quadruple don't exist.

My quintuple though is: Real Bob_Scopatz

Sadly, it looks like he is not, in fact, the Real Bob_Scopatz.

My multiple * 8 is 'I'm an Idiot' which upsets me [Frown] .

*9 is 'Strider IV' which probably isn't Strider either...

The rest are lurkers or they don't exist.

Looks like I have 19 multiples, but half are people who return no results.

Posted by BannaOj (Member # 3206) on :

Hmm my double is:
Honk if you.........
(one post total)
My half doesn't exist

Ahh finally! My invers (digits only)
is someone cool:
Cashew
(from New Zealand!)

AJ

Posted by HesterGray (Member # 7384) on :

I don't have a double, or a half, or a third, or a fourth. [Frown]

However, I do have an inverse! Boredom! Who has a total of two posts. [Roll Eyes]

Posted by T_Smith (Member # 3734) on :

Hey wait a minute, I think I registered boredom. Sounds like something I would do. That was during the Hatrack Riders of the Apocalypse episode.

That's the only way? [Frown] I have no half, or my half is a lurker.

I have NO idea who my double is

Posted by BannaOj (Member # 3206) on :

Mr. Gumby, I'd go for a Third, in your case.

AJ

Yes, the two posts were both in a thread about horses of the apocalypse. [Smile]

Ya know, if you ask for a "lost" password, the system will send you all the usernames and passwords registered to your email address. Just sayin'.

Posted by MEC (Member # 2968) on :

So what number is Homonculus, and why don't they know how to spell homunculus?

Posted by rivka (Member # 4859) on :

mimsies, you can also click on anyone's profile link, and alter the number at the end to the one you want to look at. Then even lurkers' profiles will show up. [Smile]

Go for a Third? Who ever is NOT thinking of Ender's Game should not be on this website. or just be ashamed of themselves

I'm not sure I like this exercise. I found out I'm hot HALF the man I thought I was and that I had DOUBLED my debt.

When I finally found my double, I realized that it was me and that I am my own Grandfather.

I'm going back under my bridge.

BTW--sorry I've been absent lately, I hitched a ride to southern CA. I wanted to count the waves, have some turtle soup and sleep under a sand bridge.

My half is some guy who only posted twice, but my quarter is Narnia. [Smile]

Posted by rivka (Member # 4859) on :

Sarcasm, I assume you refer to the half and quarter of your other member name?

Posted by Mr.Gumby (Member # 6303) on :

I do you know who your double is?

Posted by Lyrhawn (Member # 7039) on :

Because Homonculus I'm guessing got his/her name from FMA. Totally different than a homunculus.

Yes, you're right. I guess I should've pointed that out or logged out or something. But I'm feeling lazy.

Posted by DavidR (Member # 7473) on :

No double, and probably not for a loooong time. Doubling 7473 will probably take a while. After factoring my member number I have the following.

3rd #2491 Walt Grabe posted once in 2001.
47th #159 Cyrus posted once in 1999.
53rd #141 martha posted 1572 times starting in 1999, most recent post in January of this year.

I thought FMA spelled it the same way...

The generations of Annie

(because Susie is too big)

Oh, you twenty lost souls! You twenty dear descendants who have strayn so far from my fold. Most of you I've never known, and those whom I do are but sarcastic echos of their true selves! Thy average post count is 40.9, thy average occupation "student." These faces we shall never see again.

And oh, 8Annie, thou unknowable member #2360, thou art lost in name and record to the eternal relentless desert winds. Art thou better off than thy siblings? Dost thou dwell in a better place than pickuprtist3, who only bothered to post once, misspell his name, and trample on his mother's good reputation?

Dare I even mention my generations, the fruits of my loins who fell into fascist horror? No, dear 17Annie, horrid Grammatikfuehrer. Thou art no son of mine.

And thou wicked great-grandchildren celia600 and Trogdor the Buminator (notice the M), who exist for nothing greater than to mock others! Almost thou makest me to lose heart. I have not the will to search further. I have been buminanted. The child named 21Annie is too great a risk... no, I shall end my painful search here.

In the version of FMA I saw, the subtitles spelled it with an o, Homonculus.
