Word. My lungs served as efficient phlegm receptacles for a good three weeks. Oh, the things I coughed up. Over time, I grew quite fond of them. They were like my children. Disgusting, nauseating children.

I need a hose (as in stockings)
I need a hoe (garden implement!)

So, I tried it out, and it seems to be helping. So here's the question, do you just mix salt with water for the shot-glass thing, or do you get saline from the store? I'm not to smart when it comes to making saline for flushing my sinuses. Please enlighten me [Smile]
