Just this question :
I want to translate "tests de langue" in english.
So what can i use : "language tests" or "Tests of language" ?

Language tests would be more common.

You could use the other if you had a sentence with a lot of parallel construction, e.g.:

...tests of skills, tests of ability, and tests of language.

The first way is much more common, though.
