I was thinking of dropping the high price of Verizon phone service and going with a VOIP provider. Anyone have any experience with VOIP?

Who's your Broadband provider? I've heard reports of small Telephone providers blocking VOIP Here's the relevent link

Our entire company is currently transitioning to Cisco IP phones. I don't know if they are identical, to the personal ones, but I love mine!

To echo what AJ said - our entire company is going VOIP for everything - But it isn't in place yet, so I have no contributions to add at this time.
