I took an earlier post I made on this forum, edited it with your advice , and sent it in. Its now e-published (though I think more people read the post here than read the magazine) at Issues Magazine On-Line

No, not paid yet, but I did mention it to a company looking for a sales VP and they are sending me an offer within the next couple of days.
