Every date I can travel on is blacked out. As is every day for two weeks before and after.

Then you should call and complain. Maybe they can do something for you. Take names and kick butt, as my husband says. Work your way up the foodchain until you find someone who can do it.

I despise airlines.

Luckily, one of my very good friends here works as a travel agent. So he always takes special care to see that I get good flights, at the most reasonable prices. He also tries to pull strings to make the prices even more reasonable, if he can. [Smile]
