She posted before New Year's that they were going to be getting rid of internet services in the new year in an effort to accomplish more, and might add it back in later. I'm not sure if that's in fact what happened, but I do recall her talkign about it.

I got an email from her the other day. Yes, they were already planning on going off of the internet at home, but it accidentally got shut off a few days earlier than expected, so she didn't get a chance to say goodbye or anything.

Yes, I am without Internet now. Sometimes I'm over here at Gma's and I take advantage of their newly installed Internet, but that's about it. I can still check my email about every other week. Sometimes more. Wheee.

But it was best for our family and it was very necessary to get stuff done. I think it's done wonders for our marriage, let me tell ya.

So anyway, I suppose this is the official goodbye. To be honest, I don't think we will be getting the Internet back. I may post again in the future, but I'm basically gone.

That is, after I respond to that thread on the other side. THEN I'll be basically gone.
