I really like ostrich. And for some reason, at my all-time favorite grocery store (Town and Country Foods in Bozeman, Montana), it was cheaper than beef. I made it for my college friends a lot and they enjoyed that.

I liked Ostrich meat, it was good..at least teh tenderloin was, I have heard the rest is pretty stringy.
