*ahem*

May I have your attention, please!

During SteveRogers' quest to become officially recognized as a jatraquero, another newish member of our board took it upon herself to also answer my questions. Desdemona has completed all the questions correctly by e-mail, proving herself resourceful, through, and as OCD as any of us. In fact, when I pointed out that she had someone listed under the incorrect state in question one, she responded that she had purposefully included 17 people/states instead of 15, in case she got one wrong, and I could go back and count them if I liked.

What better attitude could I ask for? Snotty and right, all rolled into one? She's obviously a Jatraquera! [Big Grin]

So, for mastering the search fuction, demonstrating tenancity in digging out useless information, and standing up to blow-hards with lower member numbers and higher post-counts then yourself, I hereby appoint you a Jatraquera.

*applause*

Welcome!

Yeah, but did she ask which one was wrong and upon not receiving an answer, stay up all night trying to figure it out and when finally succeeding, e-mailing you with the correction?

If not, she's near the bottom of the Hatrack Scale of OCDness. [Wink]

But, good job Desdemona. How does it feel to be a jatraquera?

Well, the problem was that she listed two people from the same state, one listed by state and one listed by city. So she didn't actually have something wrong to correct, I just told her she needed to replace one of them, to which she responded that she had still met the requirement if I went back and counted.

Welcome Desdemona!

[Hat]

Well, I completed all of ElJay's test, as well, for fun, but certainly didn't feel like I needed to e-mail it to someone who has been here less time that I have to get it approved!

:: puts on snottiness airs::

Congrats....

ps--Desdemona definition: When the good Sir Render was about to marry the sweet and sultry Lady Fingers, the kingdom was filled with people. Some were happy. Some were strangely relieved. One older woman, Lady Finger's mother just wept and let out low moans of anguish. When the king asked, "Where is all this sad moaning coming from?" his aid answered, pointing to the new Mother-in-Law---Des-de-mona.

Edit: And congragulations Dessy........now you are a veteran VBSer.....and a Jatraquera............be merry! [ROFL]

Working to be a jatraquera seems incongruous. I come to Hatrack to shamelessly avoid work of all types.

(To quote home-office Homer after hitting the 'tab' button on his keyboard and lifting his cup to retrieve the expected cola beverage from his computer tower, "This is hard. Where's my Tab?")

Congrats to Desdemona! [The Wave]

I thought that Desdemona was a description of Leonardo's most famous work when it was reclaimed in 1913, you know, Dusty Mona.
