I have heard some bad things about it and it's association with a known spyware company. I can't remember the details but it made me nervous enough to not install it.

Apparently there's also an eXeem Lite which takes care of the spyware issue. I haven't even bothered with it, as Azureus works really well for me.

In other torrent/downloading news, www.lokitorrent.com has been shutdown and replaced with some MPAA propaganda.

i suspect the link provided above is not the original exeem lite, as exeem lite appears to be still active and still concerned about the original exeem.
