I can't remember the name of a movie, I think a HBO movie staring Jeff Daniels (?), about the making of a car.
It was based on a true story, and the car itsef was amazing, but the Big Three automakers put the gut out of business using some pretty nastry psudo=legal tricks.
The reason I am asking here is it is just one of those stupid things that I already know but can't thinkof for the life of me right now.
It is bugging the crap out of me!
Please help...

Oh! One of my high school teachers owned one of the cars that was in that film!
Tucker, maybe?

Thanks! Thayt was it...I KNEW it, watched it a bunch of times, and it was driving me nuts.
Jenni and I were watching a commercial for a new Lexus, and they made a huge deal about their "new" headlights that turn when the wheel turns, and I said to Jenni "Well they are a little behind the times there!" and laughted. She asked what I meant, and I drew a complete blank....she thought I was nuts!
Thanks!

I think that was a theatrical movie, not an HBO one.
