Tony has mopped the floor all around me and now I am stuck at the desk.

However, he has just mopped himself into the laundry and is similarly stuck. That makes my predicament all the more amusing. [Smile]

I can't reach any.

Tony has washed his feet and now is walking with impunity. He is refusing to get me socks. I am still stuck.

Did he use the never-drying thing? I've heard of a man who starved to death cause he got stuck in the bathroom.

It's pretty warm here so the floor will dry quickly. Luckily.

I may have slightly exaggerated the sock-refusal on Tony's part.

He has now read the thread and is insisting he has the future rights of one sock-refusal - no matter the circumstances.
