My boss is having lung surgery this week to remove a cancerous growth. For several years she has been fighting colon cancer, and she recently finished her last chemotherapy treatment. On a routine checkup, her blood test came back showing some negative signs, and a CAT scan showed some problems with her lungs. She is very scared right now, but determined to beat this, and asked me to pray for her, and in turn I am asking you as well. She's like a second mom to me and I love her dearly...she's an incredibly strong and loving and generous person, and her optimism is a constant inspiration to me and those who know her.
