As if putting marshmallows in the same packet as hot chocolate isn't enough, does anyone else think that this is wrong?

What could be the reason that a quadriplegic boy enjoys hunting? I doubt that he could enjoy it just for the joy of hunting, because he essentially doesn't go through the experiences that healthy hunters do.

Could it be he likes taking agression against animals because his physical condition diminishes his influence on other people?

Is it innate for humans to exert control over others?

...or that he likes hunting. How long as he been paraylzed? Perhaps he hunted before it happened.

To answer this, you'd first have to find out why any other person could enjoy hunting.

Sometimes, a hunt isn't just about the kill.

Hmm... Good question

[Dont Know]

And why would this be any more wrong than an entirely able-bodied youth hunting?

edit: speeling eror.

Because I think he's doing it solely for the kill.

I believe that no one can really enjoy pulling a string with their teeth in order to do ... anything, especially hunt.

Plus, not every hunter gets their pic on USAToday [Wink]

See, but that's an assumption on your part. And you know what that means, right? [Wink]

*laugh* I wasn't correcting you -- I was answering your question. [Wink]

[Addit: I guess I'm being obscure . . . let me see if I can find a link. Here's one.]

::giggles insanely:: For some reason, I find that to be just hysterical.

"Now careful son... Put your mouth on the string... Now PULL!"

[ROFL]

I'm going to Hell.

There could be any number of reasons this kid and his dad decided to do this. Father-son bonding. Maybe Dad likes to hunt and wants to share that with his son, despite the limitations. Maybe this kid wanted to do something that most people would see as being out of reach for a quadrapalegic. No way to know.
