no one uses numbers in their screenames? Hmm? What do integers lack that characters have? [Frown]

Posted by Raia (Member # 4700) on :

Some people do.

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

Like who

Posted by Raia (Member # 4700) on :

celia60, for example... or breyerchic04...

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

Oh. Well the ratio of numbered to character names is far too low.

Posted by Bokonon (Member # 480) on :

Perhaps, it's because, um, they lack character?

Saxon75 too.

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

Oh I see Bok. I think you zeroed in on the issue.

Posted by Teshi (Member # 5024) on :

Please, no...

Posted by Dagonee (Member # 5818) on :

*high fives Bok for figuring it out*

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

Don't I get a high five Dag1e?

Posted by Dagonee (Member # 5818) on :

I think your posts have been prime.

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

Wow! Even though he has no numbers, he stills likes what I say! How odd.

Posted by Bokonon (Member # 480) on :

*Waves (sinusoidally, of course) to Dagonee*

That's what I'm here for, people. I set the record y = mx + b.

*sigh* I've never been number from reading a post than I am now.

It's a well known fact that all of the Awesomest and Most Rulingest People have screen names that end in numbers and have only lowercase letters in them. That's why there are so few of us. Not everybody can Be Awesome and Rule With Impunity.

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

Oh tick, that was a good one.

And that was a bad one.

[Hail] saxon75

My cardinal rule is to show no prejudice between numbered and non-numbered screen names. Really, it's the only rational way to behave.

Posted by Dagonee (Member # 5818) on :

Where do you get these imaginary principles from, s75? What differentiates you from other irrational folk?

Posted by Bokonon (Member # 480) on :

Since when are people rational, Dagonee? I, for one, certainly am not. When I try to be rational, people say I'm square.

Yes, I've faced a series of such people myself.

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

I can't tell the difference between rational and irrational people. I hope there is a real solution to my problem. I would really like to be discriminant in analyzing both types of people.

Posted by solo (Member # 3148) on :

The reason I don't have a number on my name is cosine ever needed one.

Posted by saxon75 (Member # 4589) on :

Dude, don't drag me into your puns. I Rule, as evidenced by my Supremely Awesome screen name. Therefore I need not engage in your puns.

Posted by Book (Member # 5500) on :

Maybe people should just pick an object sitting around the room for their screenames.

Posted by Dagonee (Member # 5818) on :

C0me off it. We all know they're not significant digits.

Dagonee, you're my hero. Would you sine this for me?

Posted by Megan (Member # 5290) on :

There's so much circular reasoning in this thread; I would almost expect it to be more polarized.

Posted by Bokonon (Member # 480) on :

Dagonee, I don't believe that is within your domain to judge.

Here's a joke for everyone: What do you get when you divide the area of a circle with a radius of 2 by 4?

Answer: pi a la mod

Thank goodness Megan graced us with her radians! The degree of discourse has thus gone up exponentially!

::sticks fingers in ears:: Nah naaah nah! Nope! Can't hear you! Too busy Ruling! Ahh!

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

I dont think there is a real solution to all this punning. It's limitless.

::goes to l'hospital::

Posted by Dagonee (Member # 5818) on :

There's too much division between the positive punners and all you negative Nellies.

Posted by Intelligence3 (Member # 6944) on :

I don't have a good pun, but I do have a number.

Posted by Icarus (Member # 3162) on :

::gives poisson to all punsters::

Posted by Dagonee (Member # 5818) on :

Very discrete insult there, 1c.

Posted by Trondheim (Member # 4990) on :

[No No]

(see the digit?)

Posted by Alcon (Member # 6645) on :

Is it just me or is that smilie waving a very real middle finger?

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

Yes, that is a very graphic smiley. He seems to have good coordination too.

Posted by Alcon (Member # 6645) on :

Someone needs to tell him that its rude to point.

Posted by kaioshin00 (Member # 3740) on :

It does seem to be out of line. Maybe he's not in the segment of the population that believes in positive values.

Posted by Icarus (Member # 3162) on :

Nasty smilie. Pointing and making me feel self-conscious, just because of all my body hair. It's not my fault I'm Fourier.

[Cry]

Posted by Trondheim (Member # 4990) on :

I think you’ve all gone off on a tangent.

Posted by Alcon (Member # 6645) on :

Really? I thought we were just following the normal curve of coversation.

.
.
.
.
.
Alright, that was a really bad phrase to try and derive a pun from.

Posted by Alcon (Member # 6645) on :

I guess discussion of the smiley's pointing finger wasn't integral to the previous conversation.

Posted by Icarus (Member # 3162) on :

Well, as long as we diverge, let's talk about movies. Did anyone see The Matrix?

Posted by Tatiana (Member # 6776) on :

I heard it was very two dimensional, but since I haven't seen it, to me that's not determinant.
