he said when he gave that speach about Kerry he was working from a Bio that he was given by the party. He said that at the time of the introduction, he simply went by what he was told and did not do his own research. Miller said that it was when Kerry was put up for president that he decided that it was important to research exactly what Kerry stood for...and that is when he realized that Kerry could not be the president

He'd worked with Kerry for nearly a year at this point, and hadn't formed an opinion of him, just going off the bio? Uh huh.
